are we going to see some type 3's?
last year it looked like there was only 3!
there are always Karmanns.

Whats the deal with entering your car? Do you have to be there at the start / stay for the whole thing?

i know of 3, me and a couple from up your way, they have a low light duelcab and a ghia, they were trying to organize a cruze down, meeting at the cooroy train station at 8.30 for a 8.45 take off.

i'll be picking a mate up in eumundi. i'll try and time it so i hit the bruce hwy when they do, kinda maybe?

is there anyone else interested from up this way?

if last year is anything to go by, peeps arrived late and they just squeezed cars in anywhere they could. the whole thing went till just after lunch. you could get home in time for a nanna nap! some people left early too.

Id be keen to tag onto your little convoy as you pass the Yandina Coolum turnoff.

According to the flyer they are expecting the crowd from Boondal to start turning up at the Humble Pie site at around 10.00. Would be good to get there before them to see the convoy trundle in ??

They forgot to change the time on the flyer , Convoy will be arriving at the pie within 1/2 hour to 45mins so all will be in around 9.30 we hope. The drive is not as long as it use to be. So it will be advisable for you all to be in and ready before 9am.Convoy leaves Boondall 8.30.
Peter_D_C it is advisable to get at the show early to put your car in the show, but you do not have to stay for the whole show and you can leave at anytime you want.

do you have to put your car 'in' the show or can you just drive up and park it kinda thing? would put it in the show but the wheels dont match :lol:
