Whoa, now that's nice. I don't normally like the early style but the colour really sets it off. And that interior has given me a few ideas as well

Nice score damo99. Nice to see another early notch around.

Bit of a tidy up and you'll have a sweet ride.

Looks nice mate. Love the Porsche cookie cutters on it!! Dont see em on Notches all that often, nice one.

I have been considering orange for my Notch and after seeing yours, Ive gotta say, it does look tasty. Cant wait to see the new paint job mate.

Dont forget to post plenty of pictures....we gotta see pictures!!!

Nice, was this car once metallic green?

Wow Damo99 that looks great type4 bellows aswell. I did a 2L type4 with manifolds like that (I got mine from Melbourne) 15 years ago for my 73 square. There was not much info then and I made a few mistakes and it died early. One of the problems was the manifolds were 20mm or so to long to fit under the hatch so I mounted the engine 20mm lower. I would not do that again the CVs clicked heaps.

I think Adam (Empi) means restored paint by previous owner as there didn't seem to be any early Type 3s painted orange from factory new until the clemantine about 1970 and orange in 72-73.
