Anyone know if this lowlight Ghia advertised on drive.com.au is in reasonable condition?

Yep,saw it up close coupla times in the past few months.
Saw it 2 weeks ago and went over it a bit.
Has minor rust in the pan under drivers seat,other than that I couldnt see anything bad.
I have spoken to him and he's spent loads on it.
Was a body off resto with recond motor 3 to 5 years ago and was recently serviced.Its not done much work at all in that time.
Interior looks very good with new carpet etc Think there was a small tear or wear mark on one seat.Cant be sure of that.
For that price,I think its worth it and if I were you and in the market,I would jump on it quick!
Would buy it myself but 2 Ghia's would just be greedy.
