I have a few of these, if that's what you are after?

I think the Karmanns used very early headlamp bulbs
If the same bulb as the early 6 volt beetles...
they use an old style of base...
My Son unsoldered the globe part of the bulb 6 v
and resoldered 12 volt 60/55w Quartz Halogen H4 globe in its place... worked great
remember not to touch QH H4 bulbs with Your fingers...
cheapest way to do it...
You can otherwise replace the headlamp with a sealed beam H4 unit...
or semi sealed beam and use the common H4 12v/60/55w bulbs
I'm not sure how the headlamps are attached or adjusted on Karmann Ghias...
cheers

The P45t QH bulbs fit the late model 75-76 BOSCH headlamps in 1303 or "L" Beetles
that was the standard European H4 QH bulb base...
