Ash are you using the standard single master cylinder? This system uses a hard line and flexible hose at each end,the hose is a special exclusively for brakes as most of the other hoses cannot handle the brake fluid. This hose is available from most vw suppliers or if you are stuck let me know as I still have some. Cheers Les

Hi les if you have some of the hard line and flexible hose to get me going I am happy to pay

Is it the single master? I will try to get the Ghia out in the next couple of days and measure uo for you as you obviously don't have the steel tube.Give me a ring I think you have the number. Cheers Les

You will need an og steel tube IMO as it has a little flare on the m/c end to seal in the grommet properly. The flexible hose used to connect to the res. MUST be brake fluid compatible. Fuel line does not last. I have the flex in stock and may be able to supply a steel pipe too.
