Anyone had any luck with these?

Been looking around for options other than a trolley jack and car stands and came across these:

Has anybody used these on their VW's? I've got a '76 beetle and looks good for doing routine maintenance etc.
Cheers
Phil :)

They look light weight to me, but if you used them to get the car up then put 4 good axle stands in to support the car while you're under it they are then probably ok.
I'd be wondering how many lifts the rams will do before the seals go. Do a google search ... QuickJack review.
I do like the idea, just a skeptic on quality.

Thanks for your reply.
They look very sturdy from the videos i've seen on Youtube and around the place.

What weight would my '76 beetle be? Would the smaller one be enough? It has a 1588kg Lifting Capacity?
Thanks
Phil

That weight would be plenty for a Beetle but I would go larger. You never know about the future as you'll not always just have a Beetle.
