With the amount of original parts missing from her, not having the original 36HP motor, the lower rear qtrs are rusting out and hence the heater channels probably need some repairs too, the A-pillar probably need replacing if the rar qtrs are rusted and the suspension needing a fair bit of work then I'd say $500 was a fair offer.
