ah ok so its 30mm, not 27?

helterskelter400 - August 1st, 2005 at 11:39 PM

hokies.

even tho its raining and freezing outside. i wen out and measured mine.

my steering wheel nut is 27mm.

and for what its worth i have a 27mm 1/2 inch drive socket and a 30mm 1/2 inch socket so the bolts at end of frame horns must be 30mm!!!nn[ Edited on2-8-2005 by helterskelter400 ]

terrible spelling and gramar in last post.

suffice to say mine is 27mm and my buggy was mostly a 67 beetle.

I hold on to the steering wheel in our beetle and I am a bit of a nut, and I am 6 foot tall :)
