I guess the 1915 had one too many horses for the old gearbox, because it seems to be dead.

$50 for 6V swing axle box from an early 60's bug. Cannot guarantee condition though (common for second hand boxes)...if it doesn't work, I'll take it back and give your money back though (I would not want to rip anyone off!).
