This is vw40hp's Bug I think. The car must drive itself, because I saw it at all locations, but never saw a driver! 
I saw him !!!!! He said hello at Raleigh Park....his name is Royce.

Anyone know who owns the white kombi next to grover or have any pics of it with those wheels (centrelines or welds).
The white primered Barny panel is owned by the same guy that owns Grover, Phil Mizzi
