Changing Shape (fenders)

hello fellow victorians!
I was wondering if it's possible to beat the fenders so they go wider and if so where should i go do so? panel beater or a custom shop?

Custom shop. 99% of panel shops are "accident repair centres" ARC also known as "insurance crash repairers" ICR
