heading to Melbourne yesterday down the Hume blue superbug and cream country buggy with a homemade single cab type top on it old NSW rego plate on it

And I didnt think there were many Country Buggies being sold or moved on at the moment.

Hi Bill i have had mine for sale approx 3 mths and nobody wants to spend there money in my mind you would not find a better unrestored example available in the country

Can't be too many around. So I figure it's not worth starting a new thread.

I saw my first country buggy today, driving along the road, ever!
If it wasn't for a mate pointing it out I would have missed it (since my back was turned and it was so quiet) only really had a glimpse.

Coledale, NSW -Lawrence Hardgrave Drive- heading south about lunch time.

Being a mate of mine he has been "educated" about different VW models but was amazed when I told him what it was.

Well, You have seen one of the rarest VWs ever made,...

Aussie made too... but the numbers were very low compared to beetles etc...

most have been modified in some way... lol
