Does anyone have a contact for the owner of this QLD bug?

Hey folks,
I am trying to get a contact name / email / number for the owner of this bug.
I took these shots at a run to the sun a couple of years back.

The reason I want the contact is I want to find out what the paint codes are as I would like to get a sample pot made up and see what it would look like on a bus.

Sea blue is what i was thinking but it varies so much depending on the light.
