yep, you're on the right forum! :)
if your car needs new heater channels, it might be cheaper and easier to find a new body shell, or another car and use your for spares. Shells/cars sell for under $1000

or you can expect to pay $1000 a side by the time they are purchased, fitted and painted. (maybe more, maybe less $$$ depending who and what you know)

but yes they can be replaced and purchased from most our suppliers.

........swapping bodies, hmmmm, wiring, panel work, interior swap out, paint matching..............$$$ as well.........

the channel sections you need are available from Vintage in Sydney and can be posted up 02-9789-1777 for a price

the sections arnt that dear but yes as per above the fitting and painting will be time consuming and hurt your pocket but hey iif the rest of the shell is good then it may be worth saving the whole lot

i would go and check out the panel shps in the city or outskirts make sure they WANT to do a cash job and would be interested in doing it if there doing R & R insurance jobs all the time then they dont usually wan tto do fiddley jobs like this you will need to make some stands to sit the shell on
