Hi

You might want to look at 924 - 944 spring plates. They are adjustable.

Craig Torrens - March 2nd, 2004 at 05:23 PM

Thanks Steve, but the torsion adjuster can give you 4 inches of adjustment.:thumb

Be careful with Sway Away ones as the often only allow you to use the sway away torsion bars

Agreed, they have several different rear adjusters some for standard torsion bars, some for their own.

I'm not actually chasing torsion adjusters from sway-away anyway, they have some other products of interest that I've had trouble sourcing locally so I thought I'd ask about local suppliers while I had the chance :thumb

Craig Torrens - April 1st, 2004 at 03:19 PM

Brad, can you adjust left and right torsion bars?? or is it just both?

11CAB - April 1st, 2004 at 07:08 PM

From what I've seen it adjusts both at the same time, so you need to get both spring plates the same to begin with....or correctly offset if thats whats needed to get the car level......have fun :thumb

Brad - April 1st, 2004 at 08:49 PM

Current version is both at once. Version 3 will be individual, version 1 was individual and Version 2 was both as it was stronger than version 1. I have it sorted now and version 3 will be independant

Craig Torrens - April 1st, 2004 at 08:56 PM

So version 3 will be as strong as version 2, and will be individual adjustment? and the price ?

Brad - April 1st, 2004 at 09:39 PM

Yes Ver 3 will be as strong as Version 2 and will allow individual adjustement.

Price will be around $350 supplied ( on an exchange basis for your centre spline )
