tyres.... again
helterskelter400 - April 19th, 2004 at 10:05 PM

ok. just like dirtbikes, tyre arguments can go forever.

for the front,....

i wanted narrow "cutting" tyres so as to follow ruts when in line but also with an edge to climb out when needed.

have got these into the country 7.00 by 15 10 ply.

hoping to be able to run them flat & also up sharp lips (like my mates 10ply firestone ASRs) but also get some agressive edge.

i will advise when the buggy is going.... again

look into yokohama 650x15 825, hard to get but a good tyre on the road nice compound (soft but no to soft) not that bad in the bush and nice and light.
+ if you groove um you'll get the best off road race tyre lol

Off Roader's may do it in the Desert but dirtbikers do it in the BUSH !
