Well I have been side tracked by life and another project.
Restoration of an Adler MB 250: 2nd owner with original 11000miles, still has all service coupons in the owners manual. Complete A1 resto.
Slow but steady progress on VW project:
SA to IRS conversion
1600 to 1916 full reco, 110cam, twin webbers, $$$ etc etc
Full reco on IRS gearbox
4 wheels dics kit
working on cycle guards and front beam.
Adler pics first, then VW pics (hope this forum auto size's them like most forum software)

Thanks for coming back on-like what your doing. That motor cycle is unreal and love the colour. Is it an original colour? That's very close to what I
have chosen for my hot rod,but with cream mudguards.I found some more pics of the Bike on VRodders Forum-you have done an unreal job on the resto.
