I think he's been some smokin' something as it's a 2161 not a 3908.

To get that capacity with 90.5s he'd need a stroke of 151.9!

But it's an interesting read...

It looks like it's turbocharged to me. I know in some classes if you have forced induction they multiply the engine capacity by a certain number to fit it into an appropriate naturally aspirated class. Maybe thats where the 3.9 bit came from.

Looks pretty insane though. Never knew you could get full fibreglass bodies either :cool:

man just checked his site and that is one sik vw ,no wonder it has flames 10.81 sec 1/4,looks to be street registred with twin 48's and big stroker. It seems old skool basics with space age treatment. big stroker big carbies, space age coatings, serious cooling and space age body, wonder how much it weighs and what the horsepwer is. dunna where he gets 4ltrs from tho:vader
