Nice editing.
I will be there on the pprovision that it is under 35 degrees.
I was going to go last weekend, but pulled out when I saw it was going to be above 37. I believe that it hit 39 there.
Hopefull the 29th will be cooler.
Cheers,
James C.
Weather is predicted to be a cooler 27 degrees for Sunday.
I will be giving the fastback some runs and I know of two very quick cars that are going too.
Any one else coming to give it a run?
James C.
I'm coming!
Are you taking your car for some runs?
Nick is bringing along his animal for some shakedown passes with the car detuned down to 240kw at the rear wheels.
I just want to hear that engine when he launches...
I won't be racing.
I'm hanging to see Nick's car go too!
BUGGER!!! I can't make it this time. :cussing
If someone wants to video the passes, then I'll host them for all to see.
Hi guys,
who is nick and what is tuned down to 240kw at the rears. sounds like fun
wacked1
Nick is one half of Vollkommen Art.
His car is an early 60's beetle. Full bodied, street rego'd. It made 240kw at the wheels running a very rich (safe) girly tune up.
Ooh, is that the black one with aqua sides?
*kicks self* I was hanging to see that thing run:cry
Yes Cam, it is the black and aqua one.
I never thought I would hear Vw, Girly, and 240Kw at the wheels in the same sentance though.

Yep,
The seats are all origional. Runs with front and rears. I think it even has the stereo in the car still.
Polished fuch wheels. No rollcage. Mirrors. Even a rear deck lid.
His earlier car looked like a race car. Cage, race seat, interior.
This looks like a cal-look cruiser.
Don't get me wrong, I'm not bagging Nick's car! Quite the opposite actually. I said he was running a girly tune up to make 240kw...That engine will make a lot more power once he starts leaning on it...
Yeah, I've seen both the cars. But love this new one. You could drive it everyday (well, depending on gear ratios and powerband), show it and
then wipe the track clean on a friday night. Awesome!
I agree, no slow. Can't wait to hear what times it knocks out.
Does anyone have any photos of Nick's new car? I want to send some to a few mates.
Cheers,
Cam
