do ya think i could use a cams licence (L2S) for the drag racing or not?

Hmmm, not sure about that. I would contact WSID to check. I guess you don't have a civil driving licence?
Also, if you're not the registered owner then you must have a signed concent form from the owner of the vehicle.....this was for previous street meets anyhow.

If car is unregistered you need andra or cams logbook.
