Last Wed I saw one of the fastest
Street Beetles. Chris, ran 13.5 sec
and then 13.2 sec on a cold night.
He was playing with chassis tuning
and should be able to do even better.
He may have done a little damage
towards the end of the evening - didnt
get a chance to check it out.

Has anyone else heard about this light green
beetle ?

He is developing new race motor in near future.

Again on Wed night , Chris ran some Very respectable
times, I saw a 13.2 sec but didnt get to check out
any of his other runs. Did any one get the times.?

Also there was Brad driving his mates Black Beetle
and there was another Beetle there as well.

Good to see 3 VW,s there. Hope this trend continues.
I got out later in the night and tried to catch up with
them but they had gone home.

Chris bought some slicks the other day..... too much grip can be good and also expensive.
