Cheap!!!! $120 for a sheet of 3mm lexen, $20 for a sheet of 3mm MDF for templates ,a few bucks for rivits and lots of hours. Morgan did most of the shaping while i was away for work. Big thanks to him. Made up some tabs and rivited them all together

UV stable?

1916baja - January 23rd, 2011 at 11:39 AM

It looks great, Did you loose much weight by taking the glass out? Did Morgan have to heat and shape the rear window or did you just bend it to shape as you fitted it? I have been considering doing it to my drag car project but a little unsure of how to go about it??? when you weigh up costs for a set of new window rubbers i think it would be just about even right?

humpty - February 13th, 2011 at 03:07 PM

But seriously.... Something happen at the TNT?
