DaveCarter - September 7th, 2009 at 09:39 PM

When i feel like showing off my sub i throw on "Beats 4 My Van" by DJ Billy E. It is what they use to test subs on pimp my ride. Sounds pretty tough. Just curious what you guys show off with. And before you say it, yes im a P Plater

Yeah i have that blutonium boy album. It's good but the bass in hardstyle is always a bit dirty to show off. Like not quite low and clean enough

STIDUB - September 8th, 2009 at 10:55 AM

if you want near pure bass go mr oizo, lil bit more than bass, neophyte, if hardstyle isnt your cuppa tea go hocus pous-heres johnny does the job effortlessly:tu:

DaveCarter - September 8th, 2009 at 11:53 AM

Don;t get me wrong, hardstyle is great. Just doesn't exactly show off a sub

pfftttt why not crank some deep purple or ACDC... i got 2 x 10" kickers in the back of my bus in custom boxes and it goes hard... don't need all this prancing music :P haha no offense... i like doof doof too to be hounest. But seriously, no one has ever cranked some old school rock and roll?

DaveCarter - October 9th, 2009 at 06:52 PM

Don't get me wrong, i love old school stuff. Our first drive up to warwick was a doors, van morrison, neil young, bob dylan, ac dc etc etc marathon. I was just curious what song people use to show off their sub

1303Steve - October 10th, 2009 at 12:04 AM

Hi

We have father & son Ipods in the bug, surprisingly we share some the same tastes in old stuff, we differ were I'm into country as well, I love blasting ACDC, stones, melancamp, Joe diffy, Allan Jackson, Big & Rich Canned Heat etc. Dont tell anyone but David likes a bit of the man in black as well

It freaks people out I think when they hear old stuff or country LOUD.

Steve

colonel mustard - October 10th, 2009 at 01:13 AM

Loud works, and the setup in the 1303 is really nice, I must say!

Carter - October 10th, 2009 at 04:42 PM

jacky_moo - February 21st, 2010 at 11:27 PM

t-pain - take your shirt off
missy elliot - lose control
katy perry ft 3oh- starstruck

Cassie - Me & U

Baja Wes - April 3rd, 2010 at 07:51 PM

bit of an old thread, but I found a good song for showing off the stereo was Coma by Pendulum - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PXUCEvAaVfk

It's good because it has heaps of atmosphere, and a full range of different sounds. I remember one time playing this late at night on a road trip with mates, it was stormy weather, and this song just sounded so cool wound up. :)
