The stock interiors of the type 3 are very nice in my opinion. The reason nobody has replied to this thread is probably because no members have modified a Type 3 interior. I would just leave it stock, with a stereo added but hidden away as much as possible. A nice wood-rimmed steering wheel wouldn't go astray, but apart from that they're pretty good as they are.

yeah it came with a wood steering wheel but it didnt suit so went back to original wheel

Don't get me wrong mate, if you want a custom interior then go for it, I would love to see what you come up with. I'm just saying that it's not something which is done very often, so you might find it a bit hard to find pics for inspiration.
