Anyone an Upholsterer? Need to recover seats.
Anthiron - October 14th, 2011 at 02:36 PM

I have a pair of SAAS Buckets which are now a bit worse for wear.

The Drivers seat is a little better than the passenger seat.

It has a solid backing vinyl and base just cosmetic damage to the fabric.

Passenger seat also has a solid backing vinyl however the base (Rubber support has torn) is broken. the fabric cover is also torn.

These seats will be going in my Red and Black Baja bug so I would like to have them recovered to match the seats in my 944. Obviously the Porsche seats are Leather. I would like the SAAS seats done in vinyl.

Any ideas on costs etc? If there is someone on here not to far away from me I would like to give them the business. Otherwise I am just looking for advice and approximate costs.

Yes I understand I will need to take them in to get a proper quote.

Maybe shoot a PM to 1916baja (Mick).

He's a motor trimmer, and I think does a bit of stuff from home... in between being a new Dad and playing with drag cars that is !!!

;)

Nick from Outrage Motor trimming is on the far north side of Brissie as well so he could be worth a call.
