my 69 bug has a problem where its just draining the battery and i replaced the alternator and regulator but it aint the problem any ideas

Could also be something that stays on even after you've turned off the ignition.... for example are the sound system or amps always powered ???
ive tryed the battery every battery i put in goes dead um havent got sound system pluged in yet im out of ideas i got one rear light not workin and a blinker not workin

I'd be sussing out why those lights aren't working as a first step.
Ohterwise... interior light ??? Any non-standard wiring or accessories in the car ??? Does it still drain with all the fuses pulled out ???
Put a ammeter in line with positive lead to the battery and measure the current draw, then remove the fuses one at a time till there is 0 amps.

Check the starter motor, I once had a situation where a worn starter motor was draining my battery ??
Look into your earths dude... If all the batteries are draining then there must be something pulling power. Is the wiring tidy? If not look inot tidying the original wiring... Maybe carefully pull each wire off the fuse box and clean so you have a good contact... One at a time though, you dont want to stuff that order up. Check that you havent nocked a wire off somewhere or pulled a connector apart accidentally or otherwise.

As these cars are now over 40 years old...
there will Be electrical faults as the copper connectors get contaminated with age...
New Wiring is VERY expensive...
but so is getting it fixed by a mechanic or auto electrician..
even a loose bulb.. or a bad earth can cause many problems..
Getting the lights to work first and find the flat battery cause later on...
it may pay You to buy a small battery charger and hook it up each night or park Your car on a hill and clutch start it..

what they mean to say is that doing the fuse trick is to find the circuit that is at fault, its not the fuse that is draining the battery 
so once you find that silly circuit, go through all the fittings and test for shorts or anything suspicious

ok but if leave battery plugged in all night u wont even be able to clutch start it battery will be gone 0% charge
