This is the new version of the forum software. I was hoping to test it for a bit longer before promoting it into production, but losing all the files
for our forum didn't help.
It has many new features.
* U2U interface is simpler and no longer pops up
* Member Control Panel is much better
- You can choose from a bunch of preset Avatars
- You can change your own custom title now
* Lots of small tweaks - you can now sort the posts to display in reverse order - think of DasDubber's 48 page monster - now you can see the latest
posts on page 1 instead of page n. Just choose "Descending" order in the thread
* Multiple attachments per post (click "add attachment" on the left). Up to three attachments per post. the 50 kb limit is still in place. The
forum is development, so it will not warn you if any of them do not make the limit, so if it doesn't post the image, make it less than 50 kb.
* More smilies and post icons.
* Fewer bugs and a bit faster

Bug Report
I have deleted all outbound U2U's but still get an "over quota" message when trying to reply.. My inbox is about 355 msgs..
i really got used to the old one! will take abit of gettin used to... its feels like ive just joined a new forum, and i feel like i look like this >
That's because the U2U quota was set to 100. I've set it back to 999.

make sure u hit EMPTY in the trash folder

its not a huge issue.
i dont see really how screen resolution affects it. im running 1280 * 1024 and had no problems with the old forum style or this one.

WE lost everything between Sunday morning around 2 am and 4.30 pm. Someone "helped" by pressing install when I was trying to upgrade the forum and
deleted our database. The backup held by our hoster is the same age.

I was somewhat confused when I came here and was greeted by a different beast.
I never knew there were any noticable bugs in XMB.
Still, I like it. Very nice new look. 
It looks good....some of the Avatars look great against the new colour
