Hi Mods hope someone can help

I have had someone tell me they sent me a PM but I didn't get it .
However I have received a couple of PMs from others ok.

I noticed when sending a PM I cannot see anywhere a "SENT ITEMS" folder. Is this correct or am I not doing something right?

The sent items is called outbox. As for the pms not arriving if the sender doesn't put a topic in it won't go but other than that just ask them to send it again and make sure they have the right name
