I have a Brand new 42DCNF if you interested never had petrol in it still have the box somewhere

I am not cutting Dave out but if you are after another couple of options I have a Weber off a 2 litre cortina and also a Weber clone from a Lada Niva
I found this one worked fairly well on the 1600. Both of these carbs will need a kit through them.

Dave from memory the Cortina unit is a vacuum secondary which is why I preferred the Niva carb which was mechanically actuated.
Either way there is a bit of dicking around and I am too old to be fussed doing it anymore and yours needs moving out of the shed and onto a car.
