WTB Thermostat Flaps to Suit Doghouse Fan Shroud
hulbyw - June 14th, 2021 at 02:52 PM

I know this is a long shot as most folks chuck these out but I am converting to a doghouse fan shroud and am hoping to find a set of flaps or at least the rear operating arm which clears the doghouse so I can modify my original non doghouse flaps.
Cheers..........Wayne

The internal flaps for dog-house and non-doghouse are the same. Only the operating lever changes.

Here's the official part drawing and subsequent part number pages. You need part 31, 113119289B

You can google that part number but make sure it has the B suffix or you will get the non-doghouse one. There are some on the web but most are overseas so you get slugged with postage.

For a complete set of parts or individual parts the go to place in the US is.

Thanks. Still haven't exhausted all avenues but looking like I will need to manufacture my own. Doesn't look too difficult. Price from Awesome Powdercoat is a good incentive to get cutting bending and drilling
