vanderaj - September 25th, 2004 at 03:00 PM
The upgrade is finished, but so is this table!
I will restore the database, and try again.

vanderaj - September 25th, 2004 at 03:05 PM
Okay, it's only the two tables I had pruned for 90 days... It got the calculation wrong!
I'll restore only those two tables, but it will take a little while (as I have to download 490 MB over 128 kb/s ISDN and then re-upload maybe 15 or
20 MB, so please bear with me.
As Buying and Selling * is a very transitory forum, the pain should be not too high.

I could say the same thing.
In Sun-Herald terms:
I upgraded the forum.
The forum needs a bit of luvvin', which includes keeping the total number of threads down so the forum remains nice and fast and when you do
searches, you don't find cars and parts that have already been sold.
Do to that, I use a feature called "Prune", which just like the garden chore, cuts down unnecessary old growth.
The new software which I just upgraded us to has a bug in the prune feature which rather nicely got rid of all of the posts, rather than the ones
older than 90 days. This is not cricket.

Are you still going to restore the old post here, or do we need to reenter advertisements?
