Hey Barls,
it covers many types of Webers ( IDF, IDA, DCOE, DCNL, DCNF, DFV, Progressive...etc....+ Tuning, Jetting , Troubleshooting...etc) including the ICT'S and a 30 DICA that looks a bit like a Pict carb - is that the one you are after?

no ive got 2 or 3 of the little suckers and cannot get a model number as they all dont have one stamped on it. does it have a pic of them

Barls,
There is lots of tech data on all the models listed above and more, and pictures aswell as cutaways diagrams with componentry numbered and listed.
It is very comprehensive.
