I haven't seen this posted anywhere here @AVD, so here it is.
Looks to me to be pretty complete and not a total rust bucket, but needless to say, a definite "project". IMO, looks to be a fine restoration candidate.

When I look at the older pics posted at The CB Register Gallery as opposed to the pics on the current eBay listing, it looks like KO 383 has been sitting outside in the open ever since the last group of pics were taken, which must have been a while ago. Pretty heavy surface rusting going on, not that its not retrievable and restorable, just a lot more work. Definitely some deterioration going on. given its proximity to salt water and a high humidity environment, that's not to surprising to me, as I have worked in the Florida Keys in the past. That environmental mix of heat, UV rays, high humidity, and close proximity to salt water, eventually will destroy almost anything over time.
