Never joined in over the years. Think it is good to share knowledge and do contra deals to help each other. Have 2 in the West near Fremantle, one a daily driver, the other, a bloody expensive total restoration over 5 years and still going. Bill has helped me a lot and I like the homework the Yank puts into his posts. Keep it up. If I can assist people that would be just great. I shall come back to the fellow that has the gallery as one of mine are on his unidentifed list, and the other is not there. Regards, george

George,
Welcome to the CB forum. I'm not as quick on the draw as the previous four posters, but I think you'll find this a very friendly place and a godsend to those seeking useful info about CBs.

Although there are a couple of other Yanks around here, I suppose you might be referring to me in your post. Thank you for your kind words if that is the case. I don't have any particular specialized expertise......I'm just a curious sort who enjoys digging around a bit to find answers, help promote discourse, and contribute to helping keep this a live and active forum.

From your post, my curiosity about WA was heightened.
The first thought that came to mind after reading about the utterly vast "immense dimensions, meagre population and Perth’s distinction as the world’s most isolated capital city, Western Australia (WA) could be considered Australia's final frontier" was......How many WA CBs are on Bill's great work, The Country Buggy Register? I was very much surprised by the results, astounded in fact. There are some significant numbers and several are very close together. My initial guess would be that most of these CB owner/neighbors in WA likely have little knowledge of each other. For your benefit, and the benefit of anyone else who might find this information useful, I have listed those as shown on Bill's Register.

If you are in need of some CB specific parts, maybe this listing can help you can locate some fairly close to home, at least within your state.
I'm sure Bill could supply you with some contact info for these owners.
Knowing where these CBs are located in WA might prove to be helpful to you. Hope so.
I would assume both your CBs are listed below. We all love pics and Graham is on top of them in short order for his Gallery, so don't be shy......we'd love to see more of your CBs!

I may have miscounted, but I come up with 30 CBs from WA on The Register.
Perth - 10
Armadale - 3
Safety Bay - 3
Como - 2
East Freemantle - 2
Freemantle - 2
Mandurah - 2
