Hi all, Im a new one on the forum i did have a 73 superbug but it hasbeen sold on, anyway i now have have a 1970 1500 but it has had a 1600 put in it but i dont know out of what model so i am unsure what to put on as an exhaust would i need an exhaust only suited to the the twin port 1600's and are they different to other 1600's thanks

You have many options,basically a standard muffler or an extractor system.the exhaust s are nearly al the same except the L or late 1300 bug with dual manifold preheat.Most of the suppliers din VWMA carry good quality exhausts.I hope this helps cheers Les
