Heh all,

My 75 microbus had a Red 9 coil over conversion system installed when I purchased it a few years back but today whilst under it I noticed it had about 5-10mm sideways movement in the upper torsion bar when you move the wheel on its vertical axis inwards (as if checking ball joints etc)

I suspect that there shouldn't be any movement.

The van is/ was just about to be re-registered and I haven't driven it on the road apart from around the property. It has been a long term project.

Does anyone have any experience with these systems. I had a google around but most comments were about the systems for the split busses.

How are the arms held into place? Does the beam still have the springpacks inside?
