No not this one,The idea is to set it up with a mobile pizza oven and cater for partys and shows.

glider69 - March 12th, 2009 at 07:09 AM

vwsteve - March 12th, 2009 at 01:45 PM

looks like a lot of new stuff going into this one, guess you cant have a pizza ute breaking down along the road somewhere:cool:

vwpizza - March 12th, 2009 at 02:36 PM

gday,

Glider69,may be interested in your oven.ill send you a pm..

Noddy, how are you going?..I seen you on the m4 today!!!..I am keen to have a run before the Nats,I will put up a post and see if we get a response...

Squizy,Lets just say"Bitten by the Bug"well as long as its slammed...

Colonel mustard, the exhaust worries me a bit,it hangs a bit to low I would like to tuck it up a bit..I am running a standard 1600 T/P..No,No towing the car with this one,Ill leave the towing to the Touareg I like the comfort..

Steve,Yes mate spending a few dollars on the running gear, 4 inch Narrowed and adjustable beam, ball joints, drop spindals, Brake disc and callipers, adjustable rear, rebuilt 1600,rebuilt gearbox just about replaced everthing under there now.
My son will end up driving it in a few years so I want to make sure its right. If it does stop we wont go hungry:lol:...

cheers Dean....

Gday Marcus,

4 seasons coming up,no quote on delivery time tho:lol:..

Mike from CBB is bringing in drop spindles for my Bay from the States...

These are cast one piece spindles not 2 spindles cut and joined..

cheers Dean...

vassy66T1 - March 19th, 2009 at 04:59 PM

Cool!!

Will be interested to see them. I still have wide five with drums (only for performance) so you would appear to have later model discs or is it a disc conversion kit?

kroozzn63 - March 19th, 2009 at 06:34 PM

looks sweet nice n low

vwpizza - March 20th, 2009 at 09:37 PM

just a little more rust to cut out.WOW,that little spot under the windscreen sure turned out to be a little bigger then first thought,Owell just keep cutting...

Hey kroozzn, nice and low is the only way to go.I love em this way.

vassy, mine is a 71 as far as I know the disk brakes are standard equipment on this model,I am sure someone can confirm this either as being right or wrong.
I am pretty sure I am right as the bus was standard and untouched when I made the purchase..

vwpizza - March 20th, 2009 at 10:11 PM
