65 notch exhaust options- mid range $'s
doublecabg - July 24th, 2016 at 05:16 PM

wondered if anyone could recommend any mid range $ options for an early notch (65). Looking at retaining the heat exchanges and replacing only the back box, vintage speed is too much of a stretch at the moment- http://shop.vintagespeed.com.tw/s.nl/it.A/id.582/.f

The OTT (over the top) type 3 system is the main daily driver exhaust available. There are suppliers in Australia for them either painted steel, ceramic coated and also stainless steel too.

They fit onto the heater boxes too.

I now have a good supply of these TriMil headers in both Raw and Ceramic coated. I will add these to my website next week when I return from Valla, Rod 02-42729920.

Got an OTT on my recently acquired '72 Type 3 Fastback & the OTT looks as though it is a stainless steel one and while happy with it am considering changing it to an original styled one so it will go up for sale but shipping to Vic may be a killer unless the VW courier system can help
