Type 3 /34 wheels, hubcaps and dress/beauty rims

Hi Guys, as i am restoring my T34 and want to bring it back to stock, and get rid of the 5 lug wheels. I have a 4 lug disc brake font end and would like to buy some hubcaps and dress/beauty rims. Can anyone help?
