After having a good look at the floor pan i've decided that restoration is going to be VERY difficult (and expensive) so i'm putting the body on a bug floor pan and running gear (i'm not the first) so the only part i can sell from the origional running gear is the gearbox.

Its a genuine CB box, code C00 48 444, it comes complete from hub to hub, includes shockies, drum, brakes, even the thrust bearing! the rubber boots are split, and i think thats the worst bit. pics to follow.
