fuel pressure

hi, got a 2387cc .48ida;s, big cam, big heads, mallory fuel pump 110gph, fuel pressure regulator with return to tank excess fuel, what pressure do i need to use so the float bowls stay full or keep up with supply at all times. thanks greg
