Fuel tank Rubber hose for 68 beetle needed

My German 68 beetle rubber filler hose is cracked and split in between the layers of rubber,
I managed to cut it and insert a piece of pipe in between the hose... [maybe two pieces of pipe.. lol]

anyway, these hoses are squarish and large where they go onto the fuel tank but round at the filler end...

I found a German made 69 beetle had the same hose...

they are naturally now not flexible and hard to seal...
bit of fuel smell now and then in hot weather.. it was sealing before I took the tank out to repair a rust hole last year...

cheers

LEE

maybe replace it with a 1970> [non super] tank??
do they have round hoses both ends?? LEE
