Maybe we should start a whole new thread on the two builds, let have some fun and open a can of worms.

go 90.5 to keep it little, then you could make it into a budget entry class, even std valves or 40x35 as a limit, std pan and a realistic minimum weight.

Hey Matt, bugger that !

Maybe we make it that you have to use Kadrons, and standard non counterweighted cranks.......thats Budget !!!!

Hope you're not in a hurry though Benito as I'm juggling a few projects atm !

Time to start a new thread :tu:

Two sweep the floor cheap ass gypsy race cars......fn awesome can you make Warwick or shoot for Sydney in Feb?

Yeah, I'm not interested in a rules class.

My whole purpose for building this car is to put spare parts etc that I already have to good use. ;)

ooooh I like the sounds of this!

Come on Craig sounds like Ben is throwing down the challenge!
How about just cap the size at 2000cc and N/A only so what ever combinations can be used without a massive stroker showing up?

What about a running total that goes with motor/drivetrain as well so we can see where money is best spent?

I've got a stock ratio 4.125 box sitting on the floor Shimmo says will take 170hp ready to go into Betty so I might join in and can the GB309/1.4 Rockers, L6 DRD's and 45 Dell's 1904cc I'm currently thinking and go FK44/1.4's, L7's and 48 Dell's!! :)

I like the idea of an actual formula/class.

He's frustrated, been out of a fast car for too long

The idea about building similar cars with different drive and suspension set up could be a good comparison between the two cars not to mention the head to head run to the finish line while giving each other thumbs up or the bird:lol:
