I have assembled a new 74 mm x 94 mm engine here that is 100% brand new . All of the components have been inspected and assembled into a complete long
block from the front pulley to the flywheel and from valve cover to valve cover . This engine has a comp. ratio of 8.2 and an identical engine was
recently dyno tuned @ 109 HP . This engine will suit any type 1 , early type 2 or type 3 car . Here is a list of the components ;
Magnesium case
Forged 74mm crank
Forged lightened 8 dowelled flywheel
Forged I beam rods
Engle 110 cam
Engle lifters
CNC ported 40 x 35 mm heads
26 mm oil pump
Stainless pushrod tubes
Aluminium pushrods
Solid shimmed rockers
Billet sump plate
94 mm piston/barrel kit
Factory VW valve covers
This engine is priced @ $ 4930 and is located in Wollongong NSW and is available for pick-up or I can ship Aust. wide via Toll Express , ROD ,

This engine is still here . I can make this a complete turn key deal priced @ about $ 7500 with new dual Webbers , Kennedy clutch ,
exhaust/cooling/charging and ignition systems depending on the accessories required . $ 500 extra will get it run in , tuned with a dyno report and
first service , ROD.
