[FS - NSW] 1962 Bug with 1916cc Pobjoy

Unfortunately for me I have to sell my 1962 Beetle due to a new job/no time to play with it.

Its a 1962 VW Beetle powered by a 1916cc Pobjoy engine. It has twin Dellorto's and a performance exhaust system. It has ROSSI headlights that work great, no rust on the chrome.
It has been painted white with blue pearl that sparkles in the sun light, it is starting to crack here and there and is showing its age but nothing major at all.
It comes with a silver roof rack with wooden inserts and also comes with a sun visor. The car has been lowered by the previous owner but Im not sure how he has done it, the car does sit a fair bit lower then stock beetles on the road.

The previous owner has also had some rust in the doors cut out as you can tell by the grey paint.
The bug comes with an old 60's style suit case and a 60's style cooler and some other spares.

I have upgraded the sound system and installed a Kenwood head unit with mp3 and usb connectivity. I have two big 6x9 speakers in the rear that are very crisp, clear and LOUD!

The Bad:
There are a few rips in the pasengers seat as you can see in the photos. Also there is a small amount of rust in the front of the bonnet, other then that the car is perfect.
The bug has just been serviced by Volks Mod and has two new front tyres.

PRICE: Price drop to $7,500!. I can help with transport interstate if need be. I've just paid a small fortune to have the whole front end of the car rewired/upgraded by Sideshow Performance Wiring.
I will sell the car WITH NSW rego till 16th December. I need to sell this ASAP! It is located in Piggabeen which is on the QLD/NSW boarder near Coolangatta.

Contact me here or by mobile on 0407953803!

Wow a fair bit of work goes into that. Would not be wise for me to do that where I live, the roads are horrible

Quick Question , How do people know if the motor is a Pobjoy engine 1916
Is there a Id plate on the fan housing , Have you got proof apart from the
guy I bought it off told me its a Pobjoy engine.
Just wondering, Would you consider selling the engine
Good luck with the sale

Nah not keen on swaps unless it's for a hayabusa.

Yeah sounds pretty much exactly the same as the video, my idle is a lot lower though. The sound is the best part of the car, it sounds bloody angry!
