Pobjoy deep sump removal

Hi guys, converting my motor to use is my buggy from a street bug, was going to pull out the Stan Pobjoy deep sump for sale, does anyone know if it is possible to remove the pickup tube without splitting the case? Otherwise I guess Ill have to trim it to suit the standard setup?



It will all be OK in the end, if it's not OK it's not the end!
