Hi

Only use the third one and get some good German rubber mounts for under the stock cradle.

Hi

If your planning some spirited driving I bought a heavier cradle that used stock rubber mounts and also had padded loop over the top of the bell housing, CIP dont seem to sell them.

What I suggested will be fine unless your going to be drag racing.

I converted mine to the eailer thin mounts and also have the strap over the top that Steve recomends. Works well on my car.

Sorry can you guys confirm... the third product ( http://www2.cip1.com/ProductDetails.asp?ProductCode=C26-311-204 ) has the urethane mounts. I thought I would use this OR the rubber mounts. Do I use this WITH rubber mounts as well?

Depends how bodgy you are.

I've got 2 gearboxes sitting on the bench here, an AH superbug box which would just have enough if you left the washers off and a DC type 3 box which there is no way in hell it would be safe, there is 2mm max sticking out with stock nut and washer.

I got one of those mounts sitting here to go on mine, do it properly and make up longer studs.

I have a set of longer studs I have had in about 4 transaxles over the years - I just swap them when I change over.
