Heads up - Soon selling 48mm Webers

Hi all,

didn't want to put this in the 4 sale section as I probably wont take them off the car for about a month or so. I have ordered my efi stuff, plus more  and these will be up for sale soon.

Will be 48mm Weber set up as per photo, everything accept the 2 manifolds. So that's 2 x 48mm Webers (made in Spain), matching alloy air filter set (see link here) which aren't cheap, the throttle linkage, Carter electric fuel pump, fuel pressure regulator and gauge.

At this stage I'm not sure how much that all this is worth, but will make some inquiries soon. I know we can't do expressions of interest on here and I hope this doesn't get taken down. Just thought it would give people a chance to see them running before I remove them and time to think about it.

If you want to shoot me a PM with any offers (accept Craig Torrens ) feel free.

Link to Fuel Pump - Same as this one

Cheers, Kev

P.S. The sidewinder exhaust will probably be up for sale also.

Looks like the fuel pump has your name on it, Steve.:smirk:

I'd rather wear a Beetle out by racing it than by polishing it!

Dont need a fuel pump, need the carbs, keep the fuel pump for a lift pump to a surge tank Kev

Not a bad idea at all, thanks Steve.

Must clarify, the above photo was when building the car. Have now done just over 2000kms since then.
