Tri-mil exhausts noise levels
Hi guys, looking to put a tri-mil exhaust in my manxter and was wondering if these will go even close to passing the 96 db reading my engineer has
specified? Anyone have any experience with them?
It will all be OK in the end, if it's not OK it's not the end!

The quiet pac version is relatively quiet.

Ive used one with a redback muffler and it was fine, around the low 90's.
The problem you may have is with the tappet rattle of the 37/68 cam in your motor, that tends to throw a spanner in the works with the db meter !!!
Ally rocker covers tend to muffle the sound a tad.

You can always put a great big triple flow on it, though I do have to mention that the slip joints always leak

Hahaha yeah bike stuff has a heap of slip joints, I normally just weld spring hooks on them and some hi temp silicone works a treat. Thanks mate
