WTB - 12v Generator and Starter Motor

I am looking for a 12v Generator and a 12v Starter Motor as i am converting my beetle from 6v to 12v.

Just change the genny and keep the 6v starter. It will take a lot of abuse before it burns out. Spins faster too. I have a feeling a 6v and 12v size
is different, but not 100% sure. Either the shaft size or the cog size but I may be wrong. I have a late bug 12v starter from a swinger box, $40 plus
postage if you need one.
